COVID-19 Update

  • While our fulfillment center is open and operational at this time, you may experience temporary delays in the order processing & shipping times as a result of additional safety measures.
  • Should anything change, we will immediately email you and keep you up-to-date with anything concerning your purchase. 
  • There is only one person on this team (so, I guess that's not a team then 🤔), either way I very much appreciate your support, flexibility, and understanding during this time.
Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping within USA. We hope to soon ship internationally and will keep this page updated to reflect when we begin. We will also notify those subscribed to our newsletter.

  • As each graphic tee is made to order, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Returns

While each graphic tee is final sale, we truly want you to be happy with your purchase! If there's any problem with your order, please email us right away at info@theundergroundgalaxy.com or please visit the Contact page. We'll do what we can to make it right. Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item. Please note:

  • All returns must be completed within 30 days of order date; we are unable to accept any returns past 30 days.
  • All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
    • Customer may be refunded by original form of payment; store credit may be issued.
    • Customer is in charge of shipping costs back to vendor; we do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. 
  • Again, all graphic tees are Final Sale.
Damages
  • Damage sometimes occurs in the shipping process, though we do our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition. If you happen to receive a damaged item in your order, please do the following:
    • All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
    • Please save all packaging and email us right away at info@theundergroundgalaxy.com or visit our Contact page.
  • We will arrange replacement or return of the damaged item.
Cost
  • Unless noted otherwise, buyer pays for shipping.
  • We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
  • Shipping rates are lowest available; we are unable to offer any lower rates than what is listed at checkout.
  • All orders shipping within the state of California are subject to sales tax.
